This project aims to rehabilitate a 7-hectare deforested area in Shenavan, in the Lori region of Armenia. The planting of 22,200 trees will help tackle erosion and improve soil fertility, create wood resources for local communities and provide them with additional income through the harvesting and sale of fruit.
93% of the donations received will be put into the project and the remaining 7% used to cover the running costs of A Tree for You

The main project beneficiaries are the 513 residents of Shenavan. Furthermore, the inhabitants of the Lori region, i.e. 212,600 people, including 125,400 living in urban and 87,200 in rural areas, will benefit indirectly.
